Windows 11 Lite v24H2 Build 26100.3194 – Tiny11 Core

Tiny11: Optimized Version of Windows 11

Tiny11 is an optimized version of Windows 11 for older devices and unsupported hardware. The system image is built through the official tiny11 Builder and is based on the MSDN image of Windows 11 24H2 Pro Build 26100.2314.

Although Windows 10 and Windows 11 are not the most compact operating systems (with minimum system requirements of at least 20GB of available disk space), modern Windows versions are increasingly difficult to run on lower-spec devices.

In this context, projects like tiny10 and tiny11 have emerged, providing lighter and simpler operating system versions for old computers while maintaining compatibility and key functionalities.

Tiny11 is a highly streamlined version of Windows 11 Pro 22H2, significantly reducing system requirements. The operating system only requires 8GB of disk space and 2GB of RAM, and it does not require support for TPM (Trusted Platform Module) and Secure Boot.

Note! This image is a significantly trimmed-down version of Windows 11. However, it is not suitable for regular use due to a lack of maintenance capabilities—you cannot add languages, updates, or features after creation. Tiny11 Core is not a complete replacement for Windows 11, but rather a tool for rapid testing or development, which can be useful in a VM environment. Keep in mind that you cannot re-add features in tiny11 Core.

Known Issues

  1. Although Edge is removed, there are some remnants in the Settings. However, the app itself is deleted. You can install any browser using WinGet (after updating the app using Microsoft Store). If you want Edge, Copilot, and Web Search back, simply install Edge using Winget: winget install edge. Note: You might have to update Winget before being able to install any apps, using Microsoft Store.
  2. Outlook and Dev Home might reappear after some time.
